WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER?

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN EFFECTIVE?

In the case of merchandise with a defect or damage, the physical replacement of the product will be applied, only if it is reported within the first 30 calendar days from when you received your order.

If you wish to make an exchange for size, model or color, it will only be possible to make the change if it is notified within the first 15 calendar days after delivery of the product.
